THE "ECHO" TARTELET

Approx. 500 grams of mouth-watering, homemade filling of hand picked pieces of chicken meat together with a delicious sauce plus asparagus are placed into a crispy hand-baked tartlet base. As we prepare this dish from scratch in the traditional manner, there may be some bone or gristle from the free-range birds.

CAESARS SALAT

A dish that just cannot be "messed with". The meat is fried to give a light crispy coating, which, together with the crisp fried skin from the bird and rustic croutons, adds flavor and texture. Flakes of Parmesan cheese are whimsically blended into the homemade salad. Lemon juice, olive oil, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, anchovies, garlic and Dijon mustard make up the dressing, which really hits the spot.All served on a bed of fresh romaine lettuce.

Hand-cut slices of roast beef are incautiously tossed on a well-proportioned piece of buttered bread (smørrebrød). This is topped out with fried mushrooms, soft onions, a fried egg together with homemade beetroot salad and horseradish cream, fresh thyme and home-pickled cucumbers. A royal course among the staff with more rambling than filigree!

We advise that it is not allowed to consume food and beverages of all kinds brought into the café area. Except for infants formula (for under 2 year olds). 

The food regulations of The Danish Veterinary & Food Administration makes the restaurateur responsible for the traceability of all foods found in the café at all times.
